Coricher dampers are suitable for damping drawers, sliding doors, hinges and lids. All dampers developed by Coricher are designed for the respective product appliation in such a way that an optimim movement speed is achieved.

Hydraulic linear dampers from Coricher are maintenance-free and easy-to-install. They are available with body diameters from 6.6 mm up to 15 mm. As standard, they are supplied as double acting dampers, though a single-acting version is also available. The single-acting version is controllable in one direction only, with free flow in the opposite direction.

Linear dampers work to provide a smooth, linear deceleration of a given load, using a medium such as silicone oil to control the deceleration of the load. Pneumatic linear dampers use air or nitrogen to achieve the same goal. While their performance may be achieved using similar means, their applications are very different.
